This notice covers intelligentart.eu only. Our products (Huesette, Evenweight, Greek Citizen and Wareleaf) each have their own privacy policy on their own website.
Who we are

What we collect and why
When you use the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company (if you add it), the topic and any package or product you choose, and your message. We use them only to reply to you and, if you ask us for a proposal, to prepare it.
- Legal basis: steps you ask us to take before a possible contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for general questions, our legitimate interest in answering messages sent to us (Article 6(1)(f)). You can object to processing based on legitimate interest at any time.
- How long we keep it: up to 24 months after our last exchange, unless it becomes part of a contract, in which case we keep it for as long as Greek tax and accounting law requires.
Please don't send health information, photos or other sensitive data through the form.
Who processes it for us
- Hostinger hosts this website in the EU. The contact form is processed on its servers and emailed to our inbox. Hostinger also keeps standard server logs (IP address, time, page requested) for security.
- Our email provider stores the message in our inbox.
- Web3Forms is used only as a backup, if our own form handler is unavailable at the moment you send a message.
Web3Forms is operated by Web3Creative in India, a country without an EU adequacy decision; in the rare case the backup is used, the transfer relies on the safeguards in its data processing agreement.
Cookies and storage
This site sets no cookies and uses no tracking or advertising tools. If you switch between light and dark themes, your choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device only. Fonts are served from this website, not from a third party.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of your data, to correct it, to delete it, to restrict or object to how we use it, or to receive it in a portable format. Email info@intelligentart.eu and we'll reply within one month. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
